Leading tour operator AAT Kings has announced the launch of its new 2025/2026 season itineraries, featuring an array of unforgettable new experiences and limited time deals, aimed at provoking travellers to “discover more” when it comes to group travel, coach touring and rediscovering their favourite destinations.

Research conducted by AAT Kings in July this year found that 70% of respondents (aged 45 and older) would prioritise domestic travel in the next 12 months, meaning discovering their own backyard and staying close to home is a top priority for Aussie travellers. In addition, 55% of respondents said they would consider a group or guided holiday on their next trip, with location/destination (30%) and itinerary (28%) the most important factors when considering a tour.

With a rich heritage spanning over 100 years, AAT Kings continues to set the standard in group travel and coach touring, offering guests a variety of immersive experiences in the most iconic locations across Australia and New Zealand. With a leading focus on new additions to Tasmania and Western Australia itineraries, travellers on every tour are also accompanied by some of the most informed and friendly Travel Directors and Driver Guides.

From standing on the edge of the Kalbarri Skywalk, with the ancient Murchison River Gorge stretching out below, to uncovering the secrets of the Mimbi Caves under the guidance of an Indigenous expert at the 350-million-year-old Devonian Great Barrier Reef, each experience is crafted to provide a newfound appreciation for the natural beauty of Western Australia.

When it comes to Tasmania, at Iron Creek Bay Farm Estate, guests will wander through 70 hectares of orchards, picking and sampling cherries, apricots, apples, and grapes. A visit to the Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company will provide a feast for the senses that will give travellers a deeper appreciation for Tasmania’s gastronomic side, and meeting the Slater family, who have dedicated their lives to preserving this unique environment, gives the opportunity to learn about sustainable practices, amidst enjoying a didgeridoo lap-steel guitar performance while your foraged natives infuse in a glass of Coffin Bay Gin.
