Amalgamated Property Group (APG) has secured Works Approval for the highly anticipated ANZAC Park East (APE), heralding a new era in Canberra’s commercial landscape. 

A testament to Amalgamated’s vision for a prestigious mixed-use precinct, and located on Constitution Avenue and ANZAC Parade, APE offers panoramic views of Parliament House and the Australian War Memorial, making it an iconic development within the nation’s most historic view line.

Early construction works for ANZAC Park East are already underway, with the approval now allowing the Group to forge ahead with full construction, ensuring timelines for completion are foreseeable for organisations planning their relocation. The precinct office building is estimated to be completed late 2025. 

Offering sustainability initiatives such as a 100% electrified plant system, 100% Green electricity supply, solar capture and also targeting 5.5 Star NABERS Base Building and 5-star Green Star rating, ANZAC Park East is on track to become another market-leading commercial precinct in Amalgamated’s portfolio.
