Pumphouse Sydney is making every sip count in 2024, announcing a new partnership with SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, reinforcing its commitment to Darling Harbour, marine conservation and sustainability. The collaboration includes an exclusive range of limited-edition cocktails, available throughout January and February, designed to refresh the taste buds while contributing to the vital initiatives of SEA LIFE Trust.
Taste a tidal wave of flavour with a Tipsy Mermaid cocktail ($25), a refreshing blend of gin, blue curacao, lemon juice, egg white, and sugar syrup. For every Tipsy Mermaid purchased, $5 will be donated to SEA LIFE Trust.
If you prefer a non-alcoholic option, the Under the Sea mocktail ($17) lets you enjoy the flavours of pineapple juice, apple juice, lemon juice, and blue curacao. With each Under the Sea mocktail purchased, $3 will be donated to support SEA LIFE Trust’s global conservation initiatives.

SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium works collaboratively with SEA LIFE Trust and local partners to undertake impactful local conservation initiatives. Operating under the SEA LIFE ethos of BREED, RESCUE, PROTECT, these projects include rescue and rehabilitation of marine life including marine turtles and sea snakes, breeding for release of the Endangered, White’s Seahorse and collaboration with Seabin in their effort to clean Sydney waterways. These conservation efforts also extend to international projects such as the StAR Project, a world-first rewilding effort for Zebra sharks in Raja Ampat, Indonesia.
